Dirt & Black {1st Degree} From N.E., Washington, D.C. have been rocking the back streets of northeast since 95'. So far we haven't been able to break the invisble wall surrounding D.C. rap artist but a change is coming!! Now that our city is gaining momentum on the music scene we feel now is the time to make the push for our lane in the game. Move over or Be moved!  After all..................
