Yes, you`re right, the song is pretty much a tribute to Sonny & all the cool
slideharmonics one can do with just the picking palm of your hand (no picks involved, though :-).
I had the humble experience of private tutoring by Sonny himself some time ago,
memorable sessions indeed - a very easy-going guy. Showed me some of the techniques
of producing various harmonics with either hand, very cool stuff.
PS, just uploaded a new version of "Slide Crazy", as the previous guitartrack was
way off-key.. added more harmonics & licks as well

I am a sucker for slide electric over acoustic guitar, and banjo too.Especially clawhammer.Not sure of the what instruments your using but sounds great.I checked your info on the songs but didnt get much .I hope you'll share more info ,instruments used etc.I look for that and find the info feature to be one I'm very interested in.
