About the music

         I have rewritten this several times and apparently I didn't check the grammar or word placement in the last version. it seems there was a huge mistake I stated I didn't become interested in composing music till I was 5 that was way off I became interested in composing music at 9.I actually started composing my own pieces at 9 but they were small instrumental pieces, most of them were never completed as my teenage years took over.

       At 16 I bought my first Guitar, I wanted to play it well quickly so bad I practiced everyday by the end of almost that same year I was playing in a band and playing some lead Guitar. I played in cover bands first lead guitar and then I switched to bass then to lead vocals; I think I was trying to find a fit. To no avail my life my getting the best of me and my musical talent was going on the wayside at the same time.

In 1994 I played my final performances as a lead vocalist for a local metal band. I made a personal life choice and quit. I never looked back.

           In 2004 I found myself sitting in the living room of a best friend’s house watching TV suddenly pondering the thought of playing music again. Little did I know my best friend bought me a surprise a Guitar from the pawn shop and, thus the wheels started turning.

             When I decided to get back into music I decided to peruse a style of music I had always been fascinated with ever since I was a child. My father had an exhaustive collection of records but the music I dug was a movie sound track. The movie was space odyssey 2000. I can remember sitting for hours listening to it. I remember thinking about how it sounded.you could listen to it directly as a sound track of music or you could open your imagination to its arrangements and let it take you to where ever you wanted to go. it was magical.

   Always a work in progress. I believe music is a living thing and as such grows as we do thus it is with some versions of my music. From time to time there will be changes to my music mostly to make clear what is there.
