I decided to listen to this song after the Mack one...I dont know why but I jst did. Everytime I hear this song it makes me miss her so much. Sharma and I used to laugh almost every week for 2 years. Great, great song lyrically and what better person to get to sing it. She was such a great soul.

Long after this song stopped playing it continues to run through my head. The vocals and guitar are absolutely beautiful and incredibly haunting. I will be bacg to listen many times. I am also putting this as one of my favorites. Outstanding!!!!

I rarely disagree with any real musician (and the Bard Brothers qualify in spades), but I do think you made the right guitar choice here. Acoustic through a microphone would have produced a more "natural" guitar sound, but that would not have meshed as well with the haunting effects on the vocals - and I wouldn't tamper with those vocals for the world. EXQUISITE and elegant as it stands!

I have to agree with Kephas on this song!.. Heady emotional delivery from a very sweet lilting voice. No matter what genre Mike decides to throw his hat into, he presents his personal sonic identity with such authority and grace. As always Mike's production values and attention to the tiny details shine through like a billion watt light bulb!!!

Interesting. Vocals are lovely. Instrumentation is subtle, with a nice mix of ranges. As I tend to do, I suggest using a microphone on the acoustic guitar. The line-in dulls the resonance and accentuates the high end, especially fret buzz. But that's picking nits. Nice song.
