This is not an anthem about self sufficiency. It's a shot at all the "self made" men who when things come crashing down around them blame everyone else. In Australia for the last 11 years we've had a government dedicated to preying on our most basis instincts of greed and self-interest, rejecting the lessons that I was brought up with, which included "The Good Samaritan". If the "Good Samaritan" had come to Australia in the last decade he would have been shipped off to Christmas Island or Nauru for processing to appease the rednecks. I'm pleased to say all that changed on the weekend. The "Bush ****" not only lost Government....he lost his own seat. Advance Australia Fair.
